I don't provide you with meal plans - I will help to educate you on nutrition and how to make small daily changes, through daily habits, that will snowball over the weeks ahead into a true lifestyle change. If you are tired of roller-coaster diets that you are on for a few days or weeks before falling off the wagon, I would be happy to help you in your journey to real change - not with a diet that deprives you of foods you love, but a more flexible way of eating, along with strength training to build muscle and cardio exercise to burn energy that will help you to achieve your goals. These habits will become part of your life, allowing you to maintain your goals for the long run in a healthy way! There is no quick fix or magic pill, but good nutrition and muscle-building exercise, which I will introduce (or reintroduce) to you.
